We hope that you, your family and friends are all well, and that you are missing your Aikido classes 😉 Please remember that when we announced the shutdown we advised that you are welcome to cancel your standing orders. We have no ability to cancel standing orders so you may wish to do so, considering that we have no idea at this time of when we will be allowed to resume classes. Stay safe everyone and hope to see you all back on the mat soon. Osu. Sat, 02 May 2020 08:00:00 GMT |

Please remember that training is at your own pace! If you find something during the warm-up/training difficult to do, due to health or physical conditions then don't do it! Members are constantly advised to work at their own pace and skip anything they feel unable to do, however many chose to ignore this advice, over-estimating their abilities. It is better to train/work-out at a slower pace than not train/work-out at all! Mon, 18 Jun 2018 08:00:00 GMT |
