Standing Orders

We have no ability to cancel standing orders so you may wish to do so, considering that we have no idea at this time of when we will be allowed to resume classes. Train At Your Own Pace!
Please remember that training is at your own pace! If you find something during the warm-up/training difficult to do, due to health or physical conditions then don't do it! Members are constantly advised to work at their own pace and skip anything they feel unable to do, however many chose to ignore this advice, over-estimating their abilities. It is better to train/work-out at a slower pace than not train/work-out at all!
